Q: How large can a batch be?

New accounts start with up to 500 records per batch. Higher limits can be arranged for your volume, and the portal supports multiple batches.

Q: Where do existing clients sign in?

Use the MissouriMVR Batching sign-in link on our Client access page. Existing First InfoSource portal users can also find their portal there.

01 · Upload or enter your records

Import a CSV or Excel file, or enter records manually. Driver searches use a Missouri license number or name and date of birth. Vehicle searches use a VIN, plate, or title number.

02 · Review the quote

See the cost before submitting. The portal charges for completed reports; records with no match or multiple matches are not charged. Review the portal’s current terms and your account settings for the details.

03 · Download and review

Retrieve completed PDF reports individually, as a combined document, or in a ZIP. Keep the record and your review together in your existing business process.
